This photograph is from an alleged alien autopsy.  The film, which shows the entire autopsy being done on the alien, was supposidly shot in 1947, after the UFO crashed down in Roswell, New Mexico, USA.  This film was not done as it should have been if it really was filmed at a military base.  The military would have filmed this event with more organization and care.  The video however was not organized and at times the camera man had to crawl over the doctors to get a better angle.  If an alien were to be found the autopsy would take months, carefully examining all the parts of the body under microscope etc.  The film shows the autopsy for an hour or two.
